Seriously - try this!

I get many compliments on my beer but THIS one is the one people REALLY want to purchase saying "this is the best beer I have ever had - how can I get more".

OMG - this is awesome!

Batch #114 - Mini Mash/London Ale. I've made a lot of very good beer in my life and some real clunkers. This one os REAL good. For the hop head that likes dark beer. 85 IBU in a full boil and 6%ABV this is a earthy nobal hop Porter, not an American fruity porter but one that is very herble. The malt used De-Bittered Black, Brown and Chocolate malt. I will admit it's only been 4 weeks since botteling but I'm impressed and hoppy friends that like dark beer are very very happy! I WILL have a 2nd batch and this time I'll used 1oz Target (instead of 2) for 60min and add 2oz Target at 15min. Same IBU but more flavore (as an experment). This is a keeper.
