This was my very first home brew ever. I went with the extract kit to learn the process and see how things went. I just reordered this kit in all grain (which I will do as BIAB). This fermented fairly quick, left it in fermenter for two weeks, then kegged and force carbed over a couple days. Sampled regularly, and it improved over time. After two weeks, the flavor, clarity and taste were simply fantastic. I have brewed a few more batches since, but this is my go to right now, has a very nice citrusy aroma and flavor. I see this being a staple in the keezer, however, I may play with the hops a bit and see how it changes when I replace the citra hops with lemondrop.
