I just brewed this beer. Its similiar to Fat Tire but with a little more body. I don't agree that this is a "dry" beer. Wonderful aroma. Great flavor. I did the mini mash. I'll brew this again for sure.

Delicious! I cold crashed it for about a week in the keg. It was unbelievable. As it warmed to cellar temperature in the glass, the flavors intensified.

My first recipe as well. Turned out excellent. I bought some different Belgian ales to compare it against and it came out most similar to the Widmer W '09

This was my first recipe I ever brewed. Over a long Christmas holiday, I started brewing. Followed the directions to a "T" and it turned out great. I cannot believe that I can brew beer this good. I gave my boss 6 and he claims it is the best beer he has ever drank. I will definitely brew this again but with the mini-mash. Also, the carbonation is not real heavy so don't expect a frothy mug but it was still enough to privide a head. Slightly fruity, not too much bitterness, and a nice malt flavor, for a very balanced beer.

Very good recipe. Belgian is not my favorite but this came out very tasty. My wife and friends also thought this was good. I would definitely brew this one again.
