did the all-grain option. The process started out well by hitting the 1.052 OG, great cool-down, etc... as for the flavor, it has a very good flavor (not the banana flavors listed above; however, i did ferment at a controlled 70 deg temperature), great feel, nice head, and is a very pleasurable drink. i was very pleased with this recipe. The only change i\'d make next time is a a little more red wheat.
