Made this for the summer as a lawnmower beer. It was crisp and light, with just the right amount of hoppiness for the summer heat. Refreshing.

Very light for a wheat beer. I did secondary on some raspberry puree and it was a very good lawnmower beer. Use this as a base for a fruit/hybrid wheat. A good kit, I will reorder next summer.

A basic wheat beer. Not heavy on the body nor the taste. Very easy drinking. I use this recipe as a base for a cherry wheat, though. I do a secondary fermentation on 4 lbs of cherries. Yum!!!

with about 10 lbs of fresh blackberries from the garden this one had to sit in secondary for a month to get those damn berries to sink....now, 3.5 weeks later, it was so well worth the wait, crisp and delicious, couldn't have a better brew after a 1.5 acre push mow in the 90's.....

Brewed the mini mash version, however I changed the bittering hops to a higher alpha, and added 1 oz flavoring hops. I also used a british ale yeast by accident. drank one after bottle conditioning two weeks and is a great wheat beer with a nice hop kick. another 2 weeks and should be excellent.

This beer turned out great, I added cherry flavorings before bottling. Opened one only a week after it was bottled and it is already great. Had it at a barbecue and everyone loved it including a couple of people that does not like wheat beers. I will do this one again in the Summer.

A great summer beer. I brewed this as a mini-mash for my first ever batch. The flavor was pretty basic with no over powering flavors. The beer had an awesome head on it.

Fantastic wheat beer. I used Belgian yeast for just a hint of banana and cloves. This is what I expect and love about American wheat beers.

This was my second brew. I did the mini-mash with wyeast. It was alright. Fermented very quick. Primary for 10 days, and I was drinking it within 2 weeks and it was pretty good. Got a bit better over the next few weeks. Wasn't my favorite thing, pretty light, little body. My gf loves it, and I had some friends like it, but to me it was just alright. Drinkable, but wouldn't make it again just for myself.

My second brew and it turned out nicely. I added an ounce of orange peel with 5 minutes left in the boil, meant to do it with 15 minutues to go but it slipped my mind, and it is noticeable on the finish. Everyone who's sampled it has really enjoyed it as it is a nice summer brew. It's been in bottle for about a month and while you can tell it is a wheat the "wheaty" flavor is not as strong as Blue Moon which I'm not a fan of. Will keep this on my list for a future batch.
