Delicious
Brewed this one for a Ski trip a few months ago. Kegged and let it sit for 3 weeks, was fantastic by the time we started drinking it. A little more hoppy than I expected but I think that made it better. Will be brewing again.

Definite crowd pleaser. It has secured a spot on my four draft tower. Cascade hops and a nice red color make this beer very drinkable for the non-homebrewers of the world. (austin, tx)

Mini mash, Windsor yeast. Cascade hops come through, but somewhat restrained. That's the style. Also a touch sweet. Still good for warm weather I think. Mine was more orange than red.

Not having been an interest in red ales, preferring brown ales, I tried this one and was surprised how delicuous this malty beer is. Highly recommended.
