Extract version. Found out I'm not a big fan of the toffee flavor from the english crystal. Other than that the beer was good. My friends loved it. Used the brulosopher fermentation schedule. started at 68F. bottled at 2 weeks, cold crashed for 3 days, bottle conditioned for 4 weeks. My beer needed 6 weeks total to remove the green flavor at room temp.
