We are now using Biodegradable Packing Peanuts
These starch peanuts are biodegradable and 15% stronger than normal polystyrene peanuts. The starch in these peanuts is a by-product of food processing, and typically are made from wheat, corn, or potatoes. Recycling them is easy. They can be re-used or dissolved in water.

Shipping Policy
We are no longer able to add items to an existing order. Please review the products in your cart and make sure that you have everything that you need.

2 Tier Flat Rate Shipping (Delivered in 2 - 8 Business Days*)
Orders over $100 receive $4.99 flat rate shipping. Order under $100 pay just $6.99. Flat rate orders are ready for shipping in 2 - 4 business days. Delivery time takes 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. During sales and periods of increased order volume, this shipping method may take longer. Flat rate shipping is only available within the 48 contiguous states.

Prioritized Shipping (Ship Today*)
If you place your order before 2 pm CT, Monday - Friday, your order will ship out on that day. Delivery time takes 1 - 5 business days, depending on type of shipping and your location. Prioritized orders received during the weekend will ship on Monday. The quoted shipping rates are the actual UPS cost with no added handling fees.

Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be prioritized and charged the quoted UPS rate. Flat rate shipping is not available on these orders. Delivery time may be longer than the quoted time. If you would prefer your order to ship via USPS Priority Mail, make a note in the comment field of the order form. USPS cannot ship glass or liquids (such as liquid malt extract). Your shipping charge will be adjusted to reflect USPS published rates. Using USPS will increase our processing times.

Canada
Orders shipping to Canada will be charged the quoted UPS rate. Flat rate shipping is not available on these orders. Delivery time can take over 5 days, depending on location. UPS is preferred, but if you need to use USPS, make a note in the comment field of the order form. USPS cannot ship glass or liquids (such as liquid malt extract). Your shipping charge will be adjusted to reflect USPS published rates. Using USPS will increase our processing times.

We do not ship to APO / FPO addresses. The import laws of many countries prohibit us from legally shipping our products into those countries.

Return & Exchange Policy
By law, the Texas Department of Health prohibits the return of perishable and consumable ingredients, so we cannot accept any of these products for return. Defective equipment or materials damaged during shipping will be replaced. Please do not return defective or damaged items without contacting us first because we handle these situations on an individual basis to ensure that your needs are met quickly. Either call the store at 1-800-890-2739 and ask for "shipping," or email us at info@austinhomebrew.com. If emailing, be sure to include your name and order number in the text of the email and a detailed description of the problem.

All returns and exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase.
