Sodium Metabisulphite 1 lb
Use in a ratio of 2 oz's per 1 gallon of water as a sanitizer. As an antioxidant and bactericide- use 2/3 teaspoon to 5 gallons. Dissolve metabisulphite in warm water before adding.
