Dos Equis Special Lager (1C) - MINI MASH Homebrew Ingredient Kit

Have done the mini mash version of this kit twice. Both times lagered it for at least 6 weeks before bottling/kegging. Both times came out crystal clear. Has a great head, wonderful aroma, and great flavor. Made this for some friends of mine that love the original and they also said they liked it better. Going to have to build another keezer and do this kit more than once a year!

I was pleasntly surprised with the taste, color and presentation. Spot on! A slice of lime is nice but not needed. Whirlfloc or Irish moss may have helped with clarity but was still a very good beer. I'll be doing this one again! Keep up the good work AHS!

First lager and it was a huge hit. Will do again.

All grain, followed the recipe, and I lagered for 2 months. This is a good beer if you like corn tortillas. I like tortillas so I don't mine the corn taste. If I decide to brew this one again I will use 1 lb instead of 2 lbs of flaked maize.
