Awesome Irish Ale

A local brewery used to make a similar Irish red like this but stopped making it. I tried this kit and it is exactly what they used to make. This one will be a staple.

Classic Review

Brewed this batch on 9-26 with a starting gravity of 1.070. Transferred to secondary on 10/15 with gravity of 1.014. Haven't put this on tap as of yet, but once I do, I'll keep you posted.

Just finally getting around to enjoying this beer since it was bottled in early January. This beer is outstanding. It's a huge hit with all my friends. One of my buddies wants to even brew with our crew next time for his first time and this beer is what he wants to brew. Flavor is delicious with a great balance of alcohol and spicey undertones expected from this type of Red.
