Great

Fantastic beer. Great flavor and body. Grapefruit is not overpowering and there is a nice balance between the hops and malt.

Good Grapefruit flavor

I love IPA's and I love Ruby Red Grapefruit. This recipe did not fail. I too added 2oz of hops in the secondary. Very good beer.

A solid summer IPA

A very light, refreshing, and overall tasty summer IPA with some good grapefruit flavors. A little lighter colored and bodied than the picture makes you think but I brewed it for drinking in the 90+ degree days of summer and can't complain. I did the all grain kit and added some hops that I had in my freezer: 0.75 oz of Ahtanum, 0.5 oz Columbus, and 0.8 oz Centennial. I would definitely recommending dry hopping at least 2 oz hops but that's my philosophy for any good IPA.
