I boiled up the extract kit in January. It lagered nicely in the cooler weather. Bottlled in the middle of February. Tastes like Pilsner Urquell, only fresher. Excellent beer! I'm trying the all grain version next!

Did the mini mash. This is the pilsner recipe I've been looking for, good clean flavor. I will make this one again, though might add an extra 1/3 oz flavor hops. This brew has been a hit with everyone that tries it!
