Glycyrrhiza glabra
A 5" (12.7cm) stick of unsweetened hard black licorice that is great for adding a licorice flavor to stouts, porters, and other dark beers. Add 1” (2.5cm) to 5” (12.7cm) per 5 gallon batch at the last 15 minutes of the boil.
