Zymurgy is the journal of the American Homebrewer's Association. Given that, it is no surprise that this magazine is all about brewing your own beer. It is full of recipes and has an extensive Q&A help section. Zymurgy also reviews beers, but uses a panel, so there are 4 different perspectives on each reviewed beer.
