The beer kit add pack contains 1 pound of corn sugar, 1 pound of extra light DME, and 1/4 pound maltodextrin. It also contains a priming sugar.

Virtually all canned beer kits require an extra 2 pounds of fermentable sugar to reach their optimal flavor and alcohol content. Because our beer enhancer is a blend of dry malt extract, corn sugar and maltodextrin, it will provide the best results, far better than granulated table sugar. The add pack is also used in our Gold Seal and Classic Series recipe kits.
