Tettnang is a true noble aroma variety with slightly spicy characteristics. Its cultivation in Germany is largely limited to the Tettnang region near Lake Constance. Typical beer styles that use this hop include lagers, ales, pilsners, weizens, Lambic, alts, kolsch, Munich helles.

AA was out of spec

The description says the Alpha Acid for this hop is 4-5%, but when I unboxed it to brew it was only 2%. The nearest homebrew store is 45 minutes away, and I had to buy more hops to hit my target IBU. If I had known I was going to my LHBS anyway, I would have just bought all the ingredients there...
