Correct your water chemistry with the addition of sulfate and magnesium ions. This is a crucial salt if your brewing with soft water, specifically if you are attempting to make a west coast style IPA, Pale Ale or a German Pilsner.
Instructions for Use:
-1 gram per gallon
-1 gram adds 103 ppm sulfate and 26 ppm Magnesium
