Best of three

I ordered three different 'winter ale' kits ... this is the undisputed favorite of the three! So ... why only four stars? It's good, but could be better. (Brewed 'at standard', no changes or additions. Next time I'll likely tweak it up a bit and make it a 5* beer.)
